Şartların Kabulü
SQUADHUB.GG'ye erişerek veya kullanarak, bu Kullanım Şartlarına ve geçerli tüm yasa ve düzenlemelere bağlı olmayı kabul edersiniz.
Kullanıcı Hesapları
Hesabınızın ve şifrenizin gizliliğini korumaktan siz sorumlusunuz. Hesabınız altında gerçekleşen tüm faaliyetlerin sorumluluğunu kabul edersiniz.
Kullanıcı Davranışı
Hizmetlerimizi engelleyen veya bozan veya diğer kullanıcılara zararlı olan herhangi bir faaliyette bulunmamayı kabul edersiniz.
Kullanıcı İçeriği
Oluşturduğunuz içeriğin mülkiyetini siz korursunuz. İçerik yayınlayarak, platformumuzda kullanmamız, görüntülememiz ve dağıtmamız için bize lisans verirsiniz.
Turnuva Kuralları
Turnuvalara katılım, turnuva organizatörleri tarafından belirlenen belirli kurallara tabidir. Hile veya sportmenlik dışı davranış, diskalifiye ve hesap askıya alma ile sonuçlanabilir.
Payments and Entry Fees
Tournament entry fees must be paid before registration confirmation. Payments are processed securely via PayPal. Refunds are subject to the following conditions: (1) Unregistration by organizer: automatic refund of all paid entry fees. (2) Unregistration by team captain: refund only if unregistration occurs more than 24 hours before registration closes and if the team was confirmed. No refund will be issued if unregistration occurs less than 24 hours before registration closes. (3) Disqualification: automatic refund of all paid entry fees.
Platform Fees: SQUADHUB.GG charges a fixed 8% commission on entry fees. This commission is the responsibility of the tournament organizer and is automatically deducted at payment time. Participants only see the entry fee amount set by the organizer.
Automatic Payouts to Winners: At the end of a tournament, prizes are automatically transferred to winners via PayPal. Winners must have configured their PayPal email in their settings. Transfers are processed automatically within 24-48 hours after tournament completion. The organizer cannot withhold funds - the system ensures all prizes are distributed to legitimate winners.
Tournament Organization
Tournament organizers have the right to: (1) Unregister a team at any time with notification to team members and automatic refund of entry fees if applicable. (2) Disqualify a team with reason, resulting in automatic refund of entry fees. Team captains may unregister their team at any time, subject to the refund conditions described in the Payments section. Organizer decisions regarding disqualifications are final.
Fesih
Bu şartların ihlali veya kendi takdirimize bağlı başka herhangi bir nedenle hesabınızı herhangi bir zamanda feshedebilir veya askıya alabiliriz.
