Aceitação dos Termos
Ao acessar ou usar a SQUADHUB.GG, você concorda em estar vinculado a estes Termos de Serviço e a todas as leis e regulamentos aplicáveis.
Contas de Usuário
Você é responsável por manter a confidencialidade de sua conta e senha. Você concorda em aceitar a responsabilidade por todas as atividades que ocorrem em sua conta.
Conduta do Usuário
Você concorda em não se envolver em nenhuma atividade que interfira ou interrompa nossos serviços, ou que seja prejudicial a outros usuários.
Conteúdo do Usuário
Você mantém a propriedade do conteúdo que cria. Ao publicar conteúdo, você nos concede uma licença para usá-lo, exibi-lo e distribuí-lo em nossa plataforma.
Regras de Torneios
A participação em torneios está sujeita a regras específicas estabelecidas pelos organizadores. Trapaça ou conduta antidesportiva pode resultar em desqualificação e suspensão da conta.
Payments and Entry Fees
Tournament entry fees must be paid before registration confirmation. Payments are processed securely via PayPal. Refunds are subject to the following conditions: (1) Unregistration by organizer: automatic refund of all paid entry fees. (2) Unregistration by team captain: refund only if unregistration occurs more than 24 hours before registration closes and if the team was confirmed. No refund will be issued if unregistration occurs less than 24 hours before registration closes. (3) Disqualification: automatic refund of all paid entry fees.
Platform Fees: SQUADHUB.GG charges a fixed 6% commission on entry fees. This commission is automatically deducted at payment time via Stripe Connect. The remaining 94% goes directly to the tournament organizer's Stripe account.
Prize Payouts: IMPORTANT - Prize payments are handled DIRECTLY between the tournament organizer and winners. SQUADHUB.GG does NOT collect, hold, or distribute prize money. The platform only facilitates the collection of entry fees. Organizers are solely responsible for paying winners after tournament completion. We strongly recommend checking organizer reviews and ratings before joining paid tournaments.
No Liability for Prize Payments: SQUADHUB.GG is NOT liable for any failure by organizers to pay prizes. By participating in paid tournaments, you acknowledge and accept that: (a) Prize payments are the sole responsibility of the organizer. (b) SQUADHUB.GG has no control over prize distribution. (c) You should verify organizer reputation through reviews before participating. (d) Any disputes regarding prize payments must be resolved directly with the organizer.
Tournament Organization
Tournament organizers have the right to: (1) Unregister a team at any time with notification to team members and automatic refund of entry fees if applicable. (2) Disqualify a team with reason, resulting in automatic refund of entry fees. Team captains may unregister their team at any time, subject to the refund conditions described in the Payments section. Organizer decisions regarding disqualifications are final.
Encerramento
Podemos encerrar ou suspender sua conta a qualquer momento por violações destes termos ou por qualquer outro motivo a nosso critério.
